I shouldn't have let myself become schmoozled into this deal. It was a mistake. I'm leasing this vehicle and at the end of the lease I will most likely choose NOT to buy based simply on the fact of this experience. I will NOT be recommending this dealership.

Need to improve customer experience at the counter. Upon check in, she was not familiar with the service I needed. When I came in originally, I had a tire that was loosing air, a turbo line that was leaking, again, and an oil change. Two weeks went by and I had to call and to follow up on parts arrival, and when I checked in, it was clear she had no clue why I was there. It caused a bottleneck. I was also not informed that the wait would be more 4 hours and could have made arrangements transportation rather than the shuttle or asked for a loaner car.
I like the fact thati getright in and right out through your EXPRESS SERVICE. I asked the service techs to replace a plastic factory screw that holds the gas tank spout to the side of the truck because it constantly fails and they replaced it with the same thing resulting in the same problem the next day.Basically they did the same thing expecting a different result.??
When I was a mechanic at a dealership in Lewiston ID we never talked down to the customer. There was some wear on the front tires on the outer ribs of those tires. The truck had 6,000 miles and I felt the tires should have been rotated, yet they stated tire rotation only happens every other oil change. I am less than impressed on the service I received.
Great experience. Very helpfull and kind to me as a consumer. All the staff went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Would definitly recommend to others. Thanks for all your help.
