My technician was assigned to quick service and I was not notified. I called with a question and heard no response for 5 hours. I was notified that my car would not be ready by the time detailed on my invoice and would need to wait until tomorrow. They did not have loaners or rentals available. I drove to the dealership to express how frustrated I was with no communication and the technician became frustrated and started raising her voice to me.
