I just got back from Europe and had a Charging Message on my Chevy Volt, so I called the dealership in a panic as my husband had our truck out of state for hunting and the Volt was my only vehicle-I was worried it would be a week or so before my Volt could be looked at-I called the Enterprise across the street to see if they had a car-I couldn't get.a hold of anyone at the dealership (phone problem?), so I drove from my sons house in Burien holding my breath that they could get my car looked at within a reasonable time frame. When I arrived at the dealership I talked to Cortland, who was so empathetic and kind with my concerns as I would be paying for my rental and am leaving town again on Saturday so was hoping to get the car repaired before I left. Lo and behold, my car was ready on Tuesday and only needed a software update-my seat heaters were also fixed! WHEW!!! So appreciative my car was taken care of so quickly!
