I had a transmission fluid changed and oil changed. It was done when they said that it would be. I like it when that happens.

Took 4 visits to replace rodent damaged engine compartment insulation. Receipt from service was only financial, no description of work accomplished for my records.

Ms. Kammeyer did a great job insuring my needs were met. She was very informative and helpful. I would rate her at 5 stars. The 4 star rating comes from the 1 hour wait time. It was a simple oil and filter change. 1/2 hour at best including 26 point inspection.

Brianna was rude or seemed a little racist to me when I went to check in and pick up my vehicle. I prefer never to check in with her again when it comes to the service department.

I have been hearing gushing noise in my heater area. My husband said the coolant was low and needed checking. We got the car back with no coolant in the recovery bottle. Husband had to top off the cooling system. The tires were set at 30 PSI and needed to be properly inflated. Air was added to 32PSI. The sticker in the door jamb says I needed 35 PSI to be properly inflated. These things should have been corrected for a $90 oil change.
