I brought my vehicle in for detailing specifically to handle the hard water stains…well when i picked up the stains were still there…they weren’t as bad but the issue wasn’t resolved as it was positioned to me. Yet the staff was wonderful and they are going to resolve the issue. But this also means being without a vehicle again for a day and having to pay for an uber because by the time my vehicle was completed the shuttle service had ended. So this is inconvenient yet the customer service is overall awesome. People make mistakes, I understand
