Confirmed Service Customer
I had my oil changed on May 10th. At that time I was told I need new brakes all the way around. I was told I need to pay for the up front as they had to be ordered. No problem I understand. I was charged the full amount of $1115.40. Not knowing how long it was going to take to receive the brakes, I asked to be only charged for the brakes at this time. Refund of $398.00 was given. Brakes arrived within a couple of days and a time of May 22nd was setup. I should have brought my paperwork but forgot. Something did not seem correct so when I arrived home I looked at the paper work showing I owed $398.00 yet Monday I was charged $484.93 that included another $30.00 credit card service charge???? Really, had I know that I would have brought cash or a check. I have always given you great reviews in the past. Now I have a very bad taste in my mouth. What i would like is for my card to be credited back the difference between $484.93 and $398.00 = $86.93. From now on I will bring a check or cash. Also i ask for all of the old parts and received nothing, not happy about that either.
