Confirmed Service Customer
Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 for a in and out simple oil change, ended up almost 2 and half hour wait. Had to ask if the vehicle is done after the almost a 2 and half hour mark. The person who signed me in was not at her desk, the older gentleman had to assist me and get me out. After driving off the lot, I smell burnt oil, so I stop at the near by costco gas station on the hill and investigate. Looked under the hood while pumping fuel, what I'd found was spillage of oil in the engine bay. Didn't even bother to wipe it clean. Looked as if and amateur did the service. I would expected this kind of services from a company say like jiffy lube, but would never imagine this type carelessness and poor customer service as I'd received from a dealership. If i can't trust the dealership to do a proper simple oil change, how can i trust the dealership to provide services on a more extensive work if when needed. Disappointing.
