I made my appt online when I got there they said I would have a long wait so sent me to the quick lube area. I feel charging for credit cards and not taking cash unfairly limits payment to only debt, I think you should be told at the time the appt is made. I also would prefer the option of a paper receipt. I was unable to get the receipt online I called and left a message for Toni to resend it and it is a day later and I still do not have it or a call. Leaving the service area how do I know they. Preformed everything I asked for?
