I booked an appointment (took vacation time off) for some kind of failure; engine light on. I arrived and was told it could take 3/5 hours before the technician could even look at my car and I wasn’t offered a loaner, and after I asked I was told “No, GMC does not offer loaners)! I purchased my rig there!! Unacceptable...additionally, no one communicated any of this in advance! So I rescheduled the appointment 2 weeks out at a he same time, drove the 30 miles back to work. …and guess what!?? The SAME thing happened, only this time I was told it could take overnight and they expected me to rent a car, for the second time!!! I asked to speak to the service manager and he said it’s operated like a doctors office; you don’t know how long the wait will be!!! Are you for real?! I told him that doesn’t happen anymore due to customer surveys!!! I have two GMC’s and now I’m not sure I will drive the distance to have them serviced when I can patronize the dealership by work! I had a friend their as well that got to experience this company behavior. At the end of the day, after pitching my thoughts I did finely get a loaner! Note: The service advisor also told me that people came from Bremerton and gig Harbor and their appointments were book at the same time! WOW
