Confirmed Sales Customer
These guys really know how to treat their customers. My situation was a unique one, I believe. I had two vehicles to trade and both have liens on them, so I believed my chances of getting a new vehicle were slim because of negative equity. But I thought it wouldn't hurt to try because I really needed to do something about having 2 car payments and double the vehicle expenses. I started by putting one of my vehicles on Kelley Blue Book to get an offer. Mackenzie at Buick GMC Puyallup was the first to respond. I briefly explained my situation and we set up a time for me to bring one of my vehicles in and talk about options. This was on a Tues and the appt was on Sat. She followed up with a phone call on Friday to confirm, which I appreciated, and made sure I had the address and knew who to meet with. Sat morning was cold and icy in spots and I received another text about an hour before they opened to let me know the road conditions. Very impressive. When I arrived I was introduced to Issac Meeks. He had a bunch of awards on his desk for top sales. I commented on them and he was humble about it, but I had a feeling I was dealing with the right person. We discussed my situation and what I was hoping for and it all centered around getting into a brand new truck. Within about 4 hours I was approved and the deal was done. And now, instead of 2 payments, double insurance rates, and maintenance and fuel for both, I have one brand new truck, with 1 payment, and I reduced my monthly expenses by about 35%. I call that a win! I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend these folks for your next vehicle.
