Your credit card policy is not disclosed prior to trying to pay. Then your staff is rude about it. I bought my car there and have had it serviced there as well. No more. Too many other service and buying options..

I bought my truck from Puyallup Chevrolet, they have my vin and all the truck specs. When scheduling my service, the scheduler put 1 or 2 items down under the gas model, my truck is a diesel, and some of the service is only possible with a diesel, not sure what caused this confusion. Luckily upon check in, this was caught and corrected, otherwise we may have had an issue. The service was all done properly and quickly, I'd always recommend these guys, just clarify any key details on the phone when scheduling!

It was a pleasant visit. I had to get a new key fob. The one thing I disagree with is that the key fob Cost $249, but the key that goes in the key fob is an additional $25 which I feel is ridiculous. Plus another $40 to program it. I have a new key fob now but I didn't do Alacarte and purchase the key. Sad

I am disappointed that you no longer offer vacuuming of the car interior. I understand you stopped during COVID restrictions, why have you not reinstated this service? The car wash is not available either, nor has it been available whenever I have come in for services (Just FYI - the days of my services, the temperatures were above 40 degrees so I do not think the carwash closure has been due to weather) Please consider adding these services back. I have bought several of my vehicles from your dealership, I do hope your service department makes some improvements.

My Colorado is a disappointment. I may have to get away from GM. Our keys would not come out of the ignition, this is the second time it has happened and we only have 36,000 on the truck. It seems to me it wasn't repaired properly the first time but because it was a warranty repair and we are now off of warranty it cost us nearly 900 dollars to have it fixed. Clearly this is a problem with the workmanship of the car and should have been a recall, also the lack of a loaner was the cherry on the cake. I also had a similar experience with my Cadillac ats. A problem with the fuel tank that should have been a recall item because of the frequency of the problem, this problem was also on a low mileage vehicle, when they were working on it they found a leak in an oil line over 6000 dollars later it was repaired. I have been driving gm vehicles for a long time but now I done.

The rear window was replaced due to leaking, the person that took the truck apart did not properly reinstall everything. 1st messed the seal up on the Tanneau cover 2nd knocked the driver side cab vent out. 3rd I called to check on my truck on Thursday and no one called me back with a status.

Brianna did a great job of not only keeping me informed but also going the extra distance to get some additional information that I wanted from the EV Tech. She also did some research on previous work that had been done on our Bolt concerning the battery. It was not until she did this that I became aware that our battery was replaced.
