Great service but I didn’t receive a copy of the work done only a total charge. When I reached out the next day for a copy I was told someone from the service department would reach out to me and get me that. I still have not yet received this information

Well, I had an out of the blue power steering issue where my truck’s info center repeatedly advised “service power steering.” First time I brought the truck in for that, no issues were found but the warning kept popping up. So, I scheduled a repeat visit to get a second look. Brianna Ball, my service advisor, listened to me, got the shop guys to dig deeper, and the problem was found. When it came time to make necessary repairs, Brianna again did a great job informing me about everything, scheduled me a loaner (rental) vehicle, got my truck back to me the day after I brought it in for steering gear/sensor/wiring fixes. I had expected all this to take at least 3 days based on Brianna’s estimate. So, I was very happy when my truck was ready the next day.

My technician was assigned to quick service and I was not notified. I called with a question and heard no response for 5 hours. I was notified that my car would not be ready by the time detailed on my invoice and would need to wait until tomorrow. They did not have loaners or rentals available. I drove to the dealership to express how frustrated I was with no communication and the technician became frustrated and started raising her voice to me. I had been to your dealership before on another warranty repair & was very satisfied with staff & work performed. I took my fleet 2019 Colorado to Firestone to check oil leak, diagnosis & communication with Element fleet management determined that repair was still under factory drive train coverage. I called Puyallup Chevrolet & spoke to Brianna to drop off truck & then I arranged for rental vehicle & delivered truck to dealership. Brianna had all paperwork ready & I confirmed all my contact info & was on the road in a few minutes. Brianna contacted me with status regularly so I was able to keep my manager up to date regularly. I was getting emails from a Vivint corporate fleet manager that said I needed to pick up truck at Firestone, I VM & emailed him but then getting other manager also CC’ing my management, I sent email history to all involved & also address & contact info for Brianna. I updated Brianna that since the battery was disconnected on the vehicle, our fleet team couldn’t locate it & to please contact fleet manager, even though it was a factory warranty issue. Brianna got all answers required & my email quit blowing up, Thank you Brianna. I was notified diagnostic was complete, parts ordered, parts arrived, status of repair & repair complete. I kept my company & rental staff updated & pickup & transfer from rental to my truck was simple as could be. Hertz confirmed that rental could stay overnight & picked next morning, I confirmed rental returned & completed out. All communication, documentation, repair & additional tail light & air filter service was excellent, Thank you all

I waited for about 2 years while you installed a “state of the art car wash” and I am going to guess that at least 1/2 of the time when I get service on my car I am not able to get my car washed. I have gone after service to have someone put a closed sign up as I’m driving up to get a car wash to it just being closed the whole time my car is in shop. Now it’s closed until April. This was a service I valued and now it’s like it isn’t really a service at all.

I always go to Harnish for oil change-----been doing it for years.. Everybody knows me and I always get smiles from every employee.. Harnish is the only place where I would do my service and to buy a car... My experience is always fun and friendly... You should ask Harnish to give yourselves your experience of ME... Good luck... It all started with Tre. The salesman who sold me my 2017, Silverado. Two years ago. he gave me multiple options to preview and test drive before I decided on the 2017 Silverado. I had used the service department for a previous vehicle that I owned and would give the service a very positive four star rating. Since Tre became my sales representative.
