The rear window was replaced due to leaking, the person that took the truck apart did not properly reinstall everything. 1st messed the seal up on the Tanneau cover 2nd knocked the driver side cab vent out. 3rd I called to check on my truck on Thursday and no one called me back with a status.

Brianna did a great job of not only keeping me informed but also going the extra distance to get some additional information that I wanted from the EV Tech. She also did some research on previous work that had been done on our Bolt concerning the battery. It was not until she did this that I became aware that our battery was replaced.

We were given an expectation/range of time to complete the chip installation (3-4hrs)but were not updated during the process of installation and issues that came up. After multiple attempts and finally reaching someone after 6+hrs went by, we were then informed the service dept had a system malfunction earlier in the day and they were not able to complete the installation. Had we’d been notified several hours sooner when the issue happened; we could have made arrangements for transportation and what not - but we weren’t informed until WE made contact. So, we had to wait till the next day for them to complete the process, which again, we weren’t notified of completion. We called in again in the afternoon for an update, and were told the vehicle had been finished an hour prior. Very poor service and very disappointed in this location

Was a very expensive repair. Had to have a duramax engine replaced. Every one that I interacted with, from the front desk, shuttle driver and the Technicians were great to work with. All were polite, professional and personable. Please let them know what a great job they are doing.
