When I called to make the appointment and describe my issue, I felt like the person did not believe me and a little judgemental. However Cortland Quarles changed that. I hadd a good experience and communication with him. He explained the issues in detail and provided good recommendations. Cortland deserves recognition for excellent customer service!!

You say you get free oil changes for life. But you charge $350. Every 25000 miles. For a cabin filter and an air Filter. We had them look at 1 of the. They said it had 5 pinholes in it non repair. Wanted us to buy two new tires.Took a to Les Schwab. It is now fixed.

Erin K my service advisor is fabulous. She is always ready to help in any manner needed. She is an effective communicator. I always enjoy seeing her, Erin is a wonderful asset to your team. As we were leaving I noticed a funny noise when I fired up the A/C. I walked back in to talk to Erin and "Chelsea" one of the techs (I may have her name wrong, she wore glasses) immediately came out to take a look. She pulled apart the air filters and worked on the sound until it was resolved. She was very knowledgable and eager to jump right in and help. She too is a great asset to your team. Thank you to both ladies for going above and beyond to help us out.

We had New towing mirrors and fog lamps installed in our 2021 Siverado Z71. Our son had purchased the mirrors and lights from another chevrolet dealer. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Cortland. We agreed to bring our truck down to his dealership in Puyallup. Apparently had issues with getting the work completed the same day as expected. Cortland called me three different times during the day to update me on the progress. As it turned out they needed to keep our truck until the next day but with as honest as Cortland was and the frequent update on what was going on we were OK with having to leave the truck until the next day. Under normal circumstances my Husband would have been upset but because of Cortland and how attentive/pleasant he was we were OK with the situation. Cortlands cutomer service was "over the top" towards us.

I informed the service writer (down in the express area) that my passenger front tire was reading low and I had put air in over the prior 5 days. After getting the Blazer in- she came in telling me that my tires were "5" with the exception of the issue tire which was a "4" and then gave me a quote for 4 new tires that I should get before winter. My vehicle has less than 27K easy miles on it and I highly doubt it needs tires yet. After the oil change she said that they checked that tire again and pressure is good and it is now a "5" and won't need tires that soon but that they did not rotate my tires. She never gave me the service paperwork that I typically get after an oil change that shows all the items checked. Fast forward to today where my tire again reads low- I took it to Firestone where they clearly found a puncture in the tread and repaired it ($22 later). My concern is that nobody actually checked my tires last week.
