Because of a glitch in the software, my service appointment was not on the shop schedule. Nevertheless Brianna Ball, the service advisor who dealt with me and advised me that the repair I needed would take a few hours, put me into the daily schedule and the service was completed on my truck before I finished breakfast across the street. Your service department, and its very comfortable waiting lounge, are the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will be recommending your service department to all I know.
