I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change, 50k mile service, and a recall item repaired. When I arrived, I was told the recall could not be repaired due to the item being out of stock. I feel that the item should have been ordered when I scheduled my appointment. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service appointment.
