in looking at my invoice after I got home, I was disappointed to see that the tires were not rotated as I requested. Toni said the oil change will be $49 plus tax & free 21 point inspection. I said yes plus I think the tires need rotating so how much is that? She said $10 more & looked up when they were last rotated and said "yes, they need to be rotated." I said great let's do that. She never typed it into the invoice. She came back an hour later and said "they are done" but there are some concerns (wipers & brake fluid) which I then oked and signed for.
