It took me three phone calls to the service department to get a total for the services performed on my vehicle after they had been completed. This was very frustrating as I had to get approval from my finance department before returning to pay for the service. Then, when I came to pick up my vehicle (late in the day) it was not even washed, nor was I offered a car wash. Every other dealership that has serviced my vehicles has done this simple service if for no other reason than their appreciation for me spending nearly $1000 at their shop. The actual service performed was satisfactory. I was just not impressed by the customer service experience. Maybe Sunset Chevrolet will do a better job.
