Purchased new vehicle and extended warranty at this dealership. Disappointed that I had to inquire about coverage on repair and then had to prove I had an extended warranty. I would think that information would be in my customer file on the computer at the dealership. Rating is for the dealership as a whole. My service advisor, Cortland, is rated a 10.
