The process was very smooth, and everyone was very attentive and answered all my questions. One issue is ongoing communication. I have some additional work being done and was led to believe that I would get my vehicle sooner than turned out to be the case. It took my two phone calls to finally get the information that I required. This was a small issue and does not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Was told my 100,000 mile service would take one day it took two, the tech broke one of my spark plug wires changing my spark plugs so I had to purchase new spark plug wires, truck was returned to me dirtier on the inside and out than when I dropped it off, the people I dealt with were friendly. Probably won’t be returning my vehicle here for services unless something changes

Worked excellent with us being out of state. Only issue i have is I paid 600. For registering at time of purchase then with only 3 days on the permit plate I had to do an extention permit plate in Alaska so I had to pay again to register it. I hope I get my money returned. Other than that an over all excellent experience. I really appreciate Nick getting back to me so quickly every time I texted.

My appointment to rotate tires on my EV Bolt was at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:25am. I was not attended to until 9:55am. There were 2 people ahead of me. At noon, I was told my tires could not be rotated because of the worn tread. It was another 20 minutes wait because only one computer could take payments. There were also constant interruptions dealing with other customers and phone calls while I was kept waiting at the counter.

Free oil change was executed without issue, but the dysfunctional gas door was not fixed, 2nd time in a year something on my new truck went wrong, and unable to fix on my first visit, now as with the last time, I’ll have to return a second time to get something fixed, not impressed with the service at this establishment.

Had a paint defect repaired on a Yukon with 583 miles. Paint defect was corrected and I was told the car was ready for pickup. Not a happy guy after I got my truck home. Over spray from the paint repair covered the roof and rear quarters. I spent 7 hours with a clay bar and physically had to cover every inch. The front head light were cleaned but someone used a dirty micro rag. Both lens are covered with scratches. Peter would not respond! Another office employee took pictures and told me he and Peter would discuss and call me. I still have not talked to anyone. I have decided to not return to Harnish for future repairs. Why would you return after a lack of customer service. I can supply pictures. I sent pictures to Steve Briske

I have always had great experiences with Harnish and will continue to go with them in the future for service. That said, I received a transmission flush last week and the technician did not appear to clean the undercarriage afterwards. After driving a few days, I noticed a light coat of oily substance on the paint in the rear half of the truck. I assume this won’t do any damage to the paint but wanted it to be brought to Harnish’s attention to document it for potential future issues and so they can prevent it from happening again. Again, I’m overall happy with the service I have received from Harnish over the last 4-5 years and plan to continue coming back.

Basic oil change, no review of supposed multi-point inspection, charge extra to use credit card, no need to go here to spend $130 on the most basic of oil changes that you can get at any local oil change spot. We take our vehicles to other dealers and have much better experiences, the reason to take it to a authorized dealer is to get a more in depth inspection by certified techs who can tell you what is needed for your vehicle.

When I arrived at my 8am appointment, my name was not registered in the system for a scheduled oil change. Erin asked me how I had made the appointment, and I responded that, initially, I had started on my PC through GMC, but there was a glitch after I had written the other items I needed done. I then went to my phone and scheduled the appointment through the myGMC app. It seemed like everything had gone through, as opposed to having tried on the PC unsuccessfully. The app responded with my confirmed date and time. I put it on my calendar, but the appointment apparently never was confirmed with your dealership. Bottom line...you guys took my vehicle in on time and completed my service without issue! Many thanks!

The woman who was at the counter is great, very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. My Curtesy shuttle driver was also very pleasant and a very safe driver as well. My issue was when I picked my car back up from being serviced it was filthy inside. I have the light leather interior and my seat and door was nearly black. When I went back in to tell them they had someone come and drive the car somewhere to get cleaned and five min later came back with no improvement. Luckily I was able to get the grease out with some leather cleaner some serious elbow grease. In my mind owning a Buick puts me in a luxury vehicle class. I do not feel that this dealerships service center feels the same.

Luckily Cortland was able to remove the diagnostic charge, so my battery was closer to 300 instead of 500, just for a battery! I did have to return that same day after I noticed part of the AC control panel was pushed in. Since it was Saturday, I was informed that the advisor and technician were not there, and I would have to come back during the week.

I had some concern about the last oil change your dealership did July 12, 2025 on my 2017 GMC Yukon XL . The tech put a sticker on the window indicating that he had put 5 / 30 weight oil in the car. In actuality, my car calls for 0 / 20 weight oil. When I called to question the situation I was assured by the service manager and the service writer that the correct oil had been installed. The tech just out the wrong sticker on the windshield. The concerning thing was I drove over to Eastern Washington for a summer trip on the 23rd of August and didn’t get too far out of town before my check engine light came on. The check engine light went off before I got home and stayed off. I scheduled an appointment August 24, 2025 to have my front brakes replaced and I asked the service writer Jason if he thought if it would be a good idea to change the oil again just in case the tech actually out the wrong weight oil in the car. Jason said he didn’t think it would be necessary. My concern didn’t seem to matter much. So I took my car to another facility and paid almost $300 to have the engine flushed and had the correct weight of engine oil installed. The check engine light threw a rare code that indicated my oil pressure release switch could be not operating correctly. The service writer tried to sell me a $3500 job to change the oil pump. So I called my son who owns and operates Integrity Auto Service in Idaho and ran by him what I was facing. He said the code was so rare he could only find 6 instances in the whole USA where the code come up. My son recommended to do the engine flush and Install the correct oil and watch to see if the check engine light throws a new code. I’m disappointed in that a reasonable person would have at least have offered to change the oil if there was even a slight chance the wrong oil was used. Especially in a car that needs a light weight oil to replenish the engine. I’ve been coming to your dealership since 2019 but this experience has eroded my confidence in your staff’s ability to make decisions that are based on what’s best for the costumer’s confidence in your company. My confidence level in Harnish Auto is lower now than it was before this mix up occurred.

Still haven't fixed radio issue been multi times over the last 2 years, rebooked service again for 9/15. No call from service dept. on status of truck. I have to call to find what's going on few days after truck was to be fixed, re: waiting on parts, delays, ordering parts (Told on a Thursday afternoon part's ordered be in on Monday call on Tuesday afternoon and being told that service tech. not scheduled to work on truck until Wednesday) Truck was dropped off for service on 8/28 picked up on 9/11. Don't think service knows what the problem is / understanding of the radio issue every time truck is started lasting for 4-5 minutes then works until engine is turned off and restarted again.

I went in for a 100k PM which included a coolant flush. After driving home my coolant light came on. Drove next day and came on as soon as I started my truck. Checked it and my resouvar was almost empty. I am very familiar with engines and at this point in my life would rather pay to have maintenance done which means the engine wasn't warmed up for the thermostat to open and empty coolant into the block. If this was the 90s before resouvar my truck would of over heated. This is basic. Took it back on Monday and was told I had a air bubble in system.......duh... you need to train you mechanics

2 hours and 20 min for oil change and checking of fluids and tire rotation. No approximate wait time shared at check in. We were not notified when vehicle was finished. The vehicle settings were still at original balances when left the lot. Ex: oil 26%. Tires read 38,37,36....told they were set to 35psi. Nothing was reset! Did not receive ANY printout or discussion as to quality or status of anything, like brakes, other fluid level, filters etc. Mini frig in waiting area was "empty"....not even water bottles for those that don't drink coffee. Was NOT impressed! Toyota has you beat 1000%. Might have to consider the Tundra :) ----Disappointed to say the least.

I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday October 4th at 8:30am. Upon our arrival there were 2 other vehicles ahead of me in the service lane. I spoke with Molly Mangapit a service advisor- dropped off my vehicle. I asked for a phone call 📞 when my vehicle was ready - I was also sent a text where I could then track the status of my vehicle. I checked the status throughout the day - I wanted to make sure I get my vehicle back before the service department closes. 3:58pm After no updates on my vehicle via the track your vehicle site nor a single phone call from Molly - I called to check on my car. I spoke with a gentleman and he said my vehicle has been ready. Upon our arrival to retrieve my vehicle- apparently Molly had gone home sick. Now - according to the service tracker my vehicle was said to be ready by 2pm but it also said my vehicle was still being worked on and when I didn’t get any phone calls - I thought I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt I know it’s the weekend they may be busy. If I had not called to check on my car it may have sat there all weekend until Molly returns. This was just a routine check on a water leak from the AC -and engine shake in which the individual informed us that this was normal. If one of your employees were to get sick and sent home please ensure them to pass on their current customers to another employee. Common courtesy. Does not take much.

Terrible communication between customer and dealership. Estimates and completion dates established and agreed upon. Established dates come and go without a word from the dealership. Customer left without a car and not knowing what’s going on with their vehicle. Customer has to call dealership to find out what’s going on with their car. This is a dealership problem not an advisor problem. This has happened more than once.

My appointed service provider Jason was not very user friendly. He did not keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle nor did even update me when I left my vehicle overnight. When I called in the am to see if my vehicle was ready, I was met with an attitude as if I was wasting his time. Thank goodness for his manager that actually helped me and informed me on what actually was going on with my vehicle. This was a disappointing visit to say the least.

Both times when I came in to drop off and pick up my car there were several people in there. Talking to each other, never acknowledging I had come in. Finally after patiently waiting I finally got acknowledged and finally help. Not impressed. I am also not impressed with the nickel and diming of your diagnostics fee. Look for one thin at a time & each time is like what? $180 each, then you add that on top of the bill? I can understand charging that if I don’t have you do the work but if I have you do the work it should be waived. Not impressed with the customer service or service department.

The salesperson I worked with was good — I had previously purchased a Buick Envista from him and decided to trade it in for another vehicle. My first visit to the dealership went great, but the second experience was disappointing. We had agreed on a lower price for the new vehicle, and everything was signed. However, the next day the dealership changed the agreed price, added several service and warranty packages I never requested, and said I needed to re-sign to qualify for the lower APR. That didn’t seem right. In reality, the changes increased the total cost by roughly $16,000 compared to what was originally agreed upon. When I asked the finance representative about removing those extras, I was told doing so would result in a much higher APR — nearly 50% higher than what my credit union had approved me for. It felt manipulative and unethical. Eventually, they removed the extended warranties and service contracts but still refused to honor the original price from the day before. Even after those items were taken off, the price was still about $5,000 higher, which could have easily covered an extended warranty I actually wanted. Overall, the salesperson was friendly and professional, but the experience in finance left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I had traveled to this dealership hoping for a more honest experience after my local Buick dealer had done something similar. Unfortunately, this has made me lose trust in the process and likely will be my last Buick purchase.

I had to PESTER to find out anything two days later. Then the work was started! That put us in a time crunch to get the car back in time. Very disappointing. The service advisor did not communicate well. Basically I took a used car in for some service work, the chevy tech stripped out the oil pan plug. I agreed to pay the $700 to replace the oil pan. There was no temp fix ect. When I received the bill it was more money than expected. The basically charged me $699 to change out a oil pan there tech messed up. When i went to chevy parts online the part was around $200. I would not use this shop

They found ob2 sensor was bad, once again don’t have the part in stock, would’ve been Tuesday to get the part and wouldn’t be able to fix till after Christmas. the tech said oil pump belt was shedding. Don’t know how he knows that, back of motor needs to be removed to see that belt.

Because when I truly needed to get home after my car was towed there after 5pm they had a loaner that I could use.. After being stuck on the road way from 2:30 pm till someone actually got to us at 5 we were so frustrated and shaking from the cooling weather. They also called someone they used to help us because ONSTAR was a NO SHOW! I never want to use onstar I will use my USAA instead! But the Dealership was finally able to follow thru..

Was amazing experience buying our two Chevrolet equinox EV, yes are two cars.. The salesman Alex was very respectful and knowledgeable about the electric cars. We are going back on May 2026 with our son Dylan when he comes back home after three years of service at Okinawa, Japan, with the Navy, and buying a third electric vehicle.
