I arrived on time for my 10am oil change on my Corvette. The service representative told me I couldn���t use the oil change coupon I was emailed from the dealership and similarly the one that was also mailed to my house because I had a Corvette and those don���t apply. Her delivery was harsh and unnecessary. She appeared annoyed that I then presented a coupon for twenty five percent off a service. Oh also when I arrived she said we don���t do oil changes here at service and tried to discard me before she even looked at what type of vehicle I had. Once I told her I always go to service because I have a Corvette she looked at me like I was being a snob and then typed on the computer without making any eye contact. I never felt so unwanted at a service desk. After talking my keys and never apologizing for being wrong about telling me to go to express service she then told me it was going to take a few hours because it���s a Corvette??? I���ve had my oil changed there many times and it���s never taken longer than a hour. I sat in the waiting area and watched my car not move from service for 40 minutes because it left to go get serviced. After that it did take an hour for them to change my oil, but because they left my car for 40 minutes it was closer to two hours. Worst experience to date.

I have been using KBB.com for awhile now and I have never had an issue with it when trading in a vehicle. Prior to dealing with the sales manager, I conducted my research on our trade in car. I knew where my numbers needed to be. When the dealer came back, they were about $6000 off. I have never been that far off and almost felt insulted. The manager gave me a story stating that this is the market for this car and they cant get a good profit due to the season, etc. I was actually able to bargain closer to my desired number, but I was still below what I should have got. I understand this is a tactic, but it was almost being slapped in the face by being so low. When I looked to see if our old car was posted for sale yet, I was shocked to see what you were asking, since you said there no profit to be be earned due to the season. You are advertising the car for around $24,000. Very nice profit!! My advice to others that are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from you: do your research and stick to your numbers!

I first sat down with Scott Briske and asked about the 0% interest on the AT4X AEV Edition Seirre 1500 trucks. My 2024 Denali Ultimate which I purchased a few months earlier from Harnish, was in for its first oil change. As we continued our conversation we started talking about prices. Scott made me a respectable offer and price on the 2024 AT4X that I was interested in. Obviously, I had to consult with my wife, lol and she had no issues with me trading in our newly purchased Denali and buying the AT4X. The entire sales experience was awesome. Nick Arias was the salesperson that assisted with the rest of the deal and he is a wonderful person to work with. After purchasing the new vehicle Nick was extremely attentive in calling me back that same evening with answers to my questions. My experience with Scott Briske, Nick Arias and Cortland in Service has been amazing and comforting.

Service desk listened to the problem, made notes, told me how long repairs should take and offered the courtesy shuttle if needed. Repairs were done earlier than promised, I was contacted and I picked up my vehicle. No surprises, no hassle. Job well done!

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for 10-16-2024 @ 10am. We checked in10 minutes early. You completed at 11:45 am. Does this seem reasonable to you? All that was done was an oil change and Rotate the tires. We had to sit there for almost 2 hours for this? unacceptable. We will not be back.
