i HAD 25000 MILE SERVICE BUT MY FILTER SAY 15% LIFE, THIS IS LIKE 2ND OR 3RD TIME i HAVE CALLED AFTER THIS AND OTHER SERVICES AND THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS WE DIDN'T RESET SENSOR FOR 309 DOLLARS RESETTING SENSOR SHOULD BE PART OF PROCESS, DID THEY CHANGE IT OR NOT? KYLE WAS VERY NICE AS SERVICE AVISOR THOUGH IT IS JUST FRUSTRATING HOW DO i KNOW IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED? MAYBE A TRAINING ISSUE.
