All staff were very friendly. James who helped me was also friendly and I was really impressed with him as when I came in to pick up my car after the work, he saw me standing there and went right out and got my car for me. I believe James is a real asset to your company with his friendly attitude and willingness to jump right in to help.

I wish that you had more loaner vehicles available, especially given the fact I’ve had to have my 2024 vehicle I bought brand new off your lot in often in for service. It is honestly the only thing that would give me pause about ever using the dealership again to purchase a vehicle or to refer people to the dealership..

I had my first service (Oil Change etc.). The person I handed my keys to was very nice and answered all my questions. Service was fast. My only concern was after the service. 2 weeks before the service I filled my DEF tank for the first time with 2.5 gallons which left me half full of def.. I was really carefull when putting in the def so as not to spill. But after the service I stopped to put fuel in and there was signs of def spilled around the fuel tank opening. It looked like it had spilled onto the side of the truck. I cleaned the fill area and the side of the truck. So maybe next time the Tech could be a little more careful in filling Def and if spilled doing a complete cleanup.
