Kyle in customer service was great! I came one day too early, and he still managed to get my truck in for service. Thank you, and sorry for my error. Also... the initial diagnosis that the front rotors just needed surfacing was later determined to be wrong, so had to pay for new rotors instead. Initially I was unhappy, but after inspecting the rotors they returned to me, I was satisfied that replacement was the correct outcome. Thank you for this service. I'm satisfied and will return for services when I need them.
