Second visit (long day event both times ) request have all brakes changed out. First time waited 3 hours and learned all they did was looked to see if need changed.(as customer not what I asked for). Came in to yesterday visit with a scheduled to have all brakes change and told service tech front rotors were warping. Again all day in waiting room to learn all they did was back brakes the front never got replaced as requested. Worst experience I've had at Harnish service.still need warped rotors on front replaced. Now what? Another day in waiting room so they can tell me there ok.
