I brought my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 3500 in for a recall. Upon arrival they told they were going to do two recalls. I dropped the truck off around 10:30 a.m. and by 2:30 pm they called and said it was ready for pick-up. The next day my dash light up with the warning to "Add more coolant." I took the truck back to the dealership and they took my truck back to the shop and in less than an hour they told me they had "burped the second coolant reservoir and added more coolant" which you are not able to see easily under the hood. The next day this warning light came on again. I took the truck back to the dealership for a 2d time and once again they got it in right away and within about 45 minutes I was on my way. I was very happy that they got the truck in right away on both occasions as I was bringing it in without an appointment. Though it was an inconvenience to have to bring the truck back twice, the peace of mind we had when we drove to Ocean Shores, a two hour trip, was well worth it! The staff was polite and professional. I absolutely would recommend the Puyallup GMC dealership on River Road to my friends and family members. We took our niece out to the dealership and she bought a used SUV from Ken Patton after we purchased our truck in 2018. Thank you for great experience!
