I had been to your dealership before on another warranty repair & was very satisfied with staff & work performed. I took my fleet 2019 Colorado to Firestone to check oil leak, diagnosis & communication with Element fleet management determined that repair was still under factory drive train coverage. I called Puyallup Chevrolet & spoke to Brianna to drop off truck & then I arranged for rental vehicle & delivered truck to dealership. Brianna had all paperwork ready & I confirmed all my contact info & was on the road in a few minutes. Brianna contacted me with status regularly so I was able to keep my manager up to date regularly. I was getting emails from a Vivint corporate fleet manager that said I needed to pick up truck at Firestone, I VM & emailed him but then getting other manager also CC’ing my management, I sent email history to all involved & also address & contact info for Brianna. I updated Brianna that since the battery was disconnected on the vehicle, our fleet team couldn’t locate it & to please contact fleet manager, even though it was a factory warranty issue. Brianna got all answers required & my email quit blowing up, Thank you Brianna. I was notified diagnostic was complete, parts ordered, parts arrived, status of repair & repair complete. I kept my company & rental staff updated & pickup & transfer from rental to my truck was simple as could be. Hertz confirmed that rental could stay overnight & picked next morning, I confirmed rental returned & completed out. All communication, documentation, repair & additional tail light & air filter service was excellent, Thank you all
