keep in mind I have a Chevrolet Silverado. I mistakenly book a reservation with Subaru next door. I am thankful the service department was able to get my truck in anyway. The wait was so short for the service department to complete the process. I am so thankful. The service department even caught the fact that the reservoir for the coolant was even crack and needed to be replaced. My appointment was made by the service manager. Thank you crew for such good work.

I just wanted to acknowledge our service advisor, Erin Kammeyer, for a wonderful customer service experience. She was friendly, informative and attentive. She was a great representative of what customer service should be. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Erin is an amazing example of what customer care should be!

Need to work on better communication with the customer when estimated completion times are not met. At checkout it would be nice to have someone go over the actions taken and results instead of just handing the invoice to the customer and sending them on their way.

I am very pleased to have my Bolt EUV back and it is still running well. Waiting for two reimbursements: for gas expenses on loaner and a car payment promised while the Bolt was waiting battery parts. Thank you to the service department, Kyle and Peter, for their support.
