I've been doing business with Harnish for many years. I think this is my 5th NEW vehicle. The Salesman I went to in the past was no longer there. Juan stepped in, he was patient made many suggestions and worked to help me make a decision for my new purchase that was best for my planned budget and needs. He is also following up for detailing that was not complete where tacky residue was left on tail gate drivers door and swirl marks in paint by the gas tank. I know Harnish stands by this work and have confidence my concern will be taken care of. I have never been disappointed. We have had things pop up but we're always able to work it out. Good business, establishing relationships with clients possibly for life unless I move.
