Confirmed Service Customer
My service advisor Cortland exceeded expectations. I had an issue with my truck and brought it in the morning without an appointment. Cortland advised my that they were about 3 weeks out but would try to have my truck looked at maybe the following day but made no promises. I received a call later on the same day stating the truck was fixed and done! I was shocked! I was not expecting to get my truck back for at least a week and was making plans for a rental. Best auto service I've ever experienced. Thank you Cortland!

Do you really want to know? One person was great one person was horrible and BIG mistakes were made before I even got there. In spite of the really nice man that sorted things out and got my work done honestly, in the future I will be looking for somewhere else to take my car for service.

I had my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport serviced. This was the first time I have my Corvette serviced at this dealership and I only changed because I now have a GMC pickup and wanted to keep everything at one dealership.. The service I received was done professionally and on time.

We booked for an oil change and tire rotation. When we were told the vehicle was ready we had to ask to make sure they rotated the tires. They did not and said they could if we wanted them to. If we didn’t want it done we wouldn’t have added it to our service request.

My Service Advisor Erin made the service effortless for me. Seldom do you encounter people that early in the morning that greet you with an abundance of kindness. She explained the entire service in detail and had me out the door In about 20 minutes.

Purchased new vehicle and extended warranty at this dealership. Disappointed that I had to inquire about coverage on repair and then had to prove I had an extended warranty. I would think that information would be in my customer file on the computer at the dealership. Rating is for the dealership as a whole. My service advisor, Cortland, is rated a 10.

It took too long. I watched two people come in, have their oil changed, and leave in the same time I had my tires rotated and oil changed. Asked for my brakes to be checked while the tires were off. They didn't so someone went out when the tires were on and looked. I could have done that. No car wash and never vacuumed the front floor mat. Didn't give me a copy of the bill so I didn't see the extra charge until I got home - she said they went paperless. All of that for $83. Been going here a long time and never had this kind of service. Looks like things have changed for the worse.
