I had gotten there early before the gates were opened. I was able to make my way into the express lube 20 min before they opened. A gentleman was walking to the door and came to the driver side window and asked if i wanted to be checked in now. i was blown away and not expecting that. Nowadays people don't even talk or help you until they open up.

I thought my appointment was 8 instead of 9. The service rep got me in and done by 9. The waiting area was comfortable. Most places do a quick vacuum of the interior floors but they didn't. My gmc is saying I need to replace my oil?@#$
