The young lady that waited on my was very friendly. She definitely knew what she was doing taking the time to photograph my Corvette before I signed for my free oil change. The service was performed quickly and before I knew it the same service representative came into the comfortable waiting room and handed me the completed paperwork. Many thanks for another great experience.

Timothy Dempsey was amazing. Went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done on my vehicle. Service was done quickly and they kept me updated the entire time. They even gave me a free car wash. Will definitely be coming back for future services.

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early. My truck went right in to get serviced. The whole experience was smooth and easy. the staff was very courteous. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I thought it would take 1.5 hours. Great job Chevrolet of Puyallup!

My check engine light came on on my way from yelm to the shop for me to get an oil change. I told the supervisor of services when I checked in that it had come on they looked over everything changed my oil, they even rotated my tires and noticed a break light out that I totally missed. Then after checking the code for my engine light and talking about my turbo being the issues and that last time I did my maintenance at 35k like normal the light came on after and had been fine since. He took my car up to the repair side of the shop they looked at it and are going to take it apart and fix it all under warranty. This is why I love taking my car to be serviced here they always take care of you and your car. I bought my Chevy Trax from here and will always bring it back for maintenance.

The young mechanic working on my truck. He changed the fuel filter. Inside into my truck smelt like diesel fuel. He didn't clean his shoes off before getting inside my truck. He did a good job, but that was the only thing bothered me. The smell.
