Booking an appointment online was so easy. Arrived and was told it could be an hour to wait. Not a problem, the waiting room is clean and comfortable. Car was ready in much less time. Toni was fantastic at information and customer service.

My truck is almost brand new and has some symptoms that shouldn’t show up for probably the first five years of ownership. The staff was pretty cold and disengaged to that fact, and didn’t appear to be very concerned about my worries. I also was surprised that there was no Cleaning of the interior or exterior of the vehicle upon completion of the service.

All is good. Express Service completed in 'express time'. I was greeted promply with a smile. It is time to fix your on-line scheduling. Also, 3% credit card fee is a bit of a slap in the face. Just add the fee to your prices and the consumer will never know the difference.

Leah did a good job of navigating us through a painfully high repair cost, letting us know what was necessary and which repairs could be postponed. Good constant updates. Good communication overall.

I was extremely happy with the check in process and the service. However, when I discovered there would be a 3% fee for using my credit card to pay for the service, I was extremely unhappy. I cannot believe that a dealership that has been in business all these years would begin charging their customers for using a credit card. I am choosing to use the professional mechanics for servicing my vehicle at a higher rate than I would with a small repair shop. THEY take my credit card. Very disappointing Harnish.

Leah is amazing as always I love how well she takes care of us in every situation. I had to come back after my visit becuase my wifi wasn't working and my AWD was telling me to service it which I didn't understand why all they had to do was fix my screen I wasn't happy with the time wasted and gas that I didn't have to drive 30 mins back to get this handled other then that Leah was great but as for service even though there where apologize and they fixed it I was still frustrated with having to come back in again this happens everytime we bring my car to u guys something else happens if it wasn't for Leah I wouldn't come back
