I had an experience that left a lot to be desired last time I was here. Terrible communication between front desk and mechanic/ front desk and customer, and no one seemed to want to work on my truck as it kept getting ignored. I decided to give another shot only because I needed work done, and you have the best ratings near me. It was a much better experience this time, and the web portal was great. Even got my truck back same day, unlike last time. Glad I gave it another shot.

Brianna Ball is the face of customer service. When I google "customer service" Brianna Ball appears as the definition. Chevy Buick GMC of Puyallup always provides a better experience. When people like Brianna care about service, it makes the reason why your car is in for service just that much better.

I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation. I checked psi before service (F:35/37;R 38/35), after service when I got home I checked tire pressure (F:40/37; R:37/35). All tire psi should be or very close to 35 psi according to factory recommendations. I also believe each tire should be reversed (inner facing side reversed to face outside. This is the reason for the 4 Star instead of 5. All other aspects of this service visit were great.

Your services advisors Erin & Rich are awesome to work with. When I got home and entered my garage, I was reminded that my left headlight was inoperative when I didn't see the light on the wall. The light had been out for a couple of weeks and I just hadn't made it to the parts store. The service technician checked if off on the checklist as being functional. How could this be? There is absolutely no way he could have verified it as working. It does make me wonder what else was checked off as verified, but wasn't actually looked at. Myself and many other people are putting our trust and confidence in your technicians to ensure our safety on the road. This time, it was just a headlight. What about the next time? I have since gone to the auto parts store and made the necessary repair myself.

While I appreciate getting the cars issues handled promptly, I have an issue that care was not taken to keep the paint protected from leaning against it to work on it. This is a like new C8 corvette, my expectation is that the paint will be properly protected just as I do when I work on it. I cleaned and polished as necessary when I got it back home, and the paint is fine. My hope is that next time better care will be taken when I trust the dealership shop with it.
