Confirmed Service Customer
Regular service - oil change was good. New rotate charges were unexpected. Technical assistance case for unsolved "radio" issues in December and again in April with case expired/closed is still a concern. Yes electronic "gremlins" are elusive BUT I do not look forward to another episode with no correction!!! Retired 32 year GM Tech at Jim Lupient Automall. (Originally JLO im Lupient Oldsmobile) Someone needs to find the solution!!!!!

I have zero trust that the mechanic knew what he was doing there was many pieces not put back together correctly or missing. unplugging of my backup camera and dash cam shows signs of a shady mechanic I will never bring any of my vehicles back there. This review is based purely on the mechanics lack of work. the front office lady Erin was the ONLY great part of the experience whatsoever

Not completely satisfied with the price of new battery replacement. While vehicle was being serviced I received email notification from OnStar/GMC that battery was critically low. All other aspects of this visit were great.

I do not make recommendations. Since Harnish went paperless, I have no way of carrying the summary of the maintenance preformed within the vehicle. I always like to know the amount of tire thread left or how much brake pad left. Before you used to give papers stating all this. Can this be downloaded? If so how do I get a copy of the services?

When I called to make the appointment and describe my issue, I felt like the person did not believe me and a little judgemental. However Cortland Quarles changed that. I hadd a good experience and communication with him. He explained the issues in detail and provided good recommendations. Cortland deserves recognition for excellent customer service!!

You say you get free oil changes for life. But you charge $350. Every 25000 miles. For a cabin filter and an air Filter. We had them look at 1 of the. They said it had 5 pinholes in it non repair. Wanted us to buy two new tires.Took a to Les Schwab. It is now fixed.
